Bulk test & tag update (import)
Record test & tag results for many assets at once from a spreadsheet.
- Download the template — it lists every asset, with the Asset ID already filled in.
- Open it in Excel and fill in Test & Tag Date, Result (Pass/Fail) and Tagged By for the items you tested. Leave the rest blank. Then File → Save As → CSV.
- Upload it here and press Check file. You'll see a preview of exactly what will change before anything is saved.
Notes: an asset that isn't yet marked "test & tag required" is switched on automatically, using the standard re-test interval for its type (6 or 12 months). A Fail sets that asset to "Temporarily Out of Service", exactly as the on-screen form does. Rows left blank are ignored. Dates read as day/month/year (e.g. 25/09/2026).
Asset export list
Lists all assets. Narrow with the filters (e.g. tick "Calibration" to get the items needing calibration, or "Test & tag"), tick the assets you want, choose which columns to include from the Columns menu, then export to CSV (opens in Excel). The class and calibration-due filters apply to calibration items.

Users & access
Who can use the Asset portal, and who is an administrator here. To add a new person, deactivate someone who has left, reset two-step verification or fix a name, use the Users page on internal.ttmrail.com.au (Platform admin).
